The home features a secure, fully screened, east-facing pool area with an adjoining spa (heating optional).
Under the covered lanai, you’ll find a dining table with wicker-style seating, along with additional adjustable loungers on the pool deck, perfect for relaxing throughout the day.
For added safety, the property is equipped with a pool alarm as standard. A removable safety fence can also be installed to separate the home from the pool area.
If you would like the safety fence in place for your arrival, please request this at the time of booking.
Please note: if pool heating is selected, the main pool is set to approximately 86°F, while the on-demand spa heats to 104°F. Heating is controlled via a timer located on the pool wall.

Adrian’s place was beautiful and perfect for our stay. The pictures didn’t do the home justice. Whenever I had any questions or needed help with anything, Adrian responded within a timely manner and made sure any issues or concerns were resolved. The location of the home very very secure and safe also.

This was an amazing place to stay everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a really comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The heated pool was definitely a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was seamless, and everything was set up to make the experience easy from start to finish. Adrian was an excellent host very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
