About The Property
The spacious two storey fully air-conditioned home has a south facing 30ft x 15ft pool, with an extended pool deck for all day sun, and also has a spacious covered lanai for alfresco dining and poolside entertaining.
This well-equipped and newly furnished home caters for all your holiday needs with a fully tiled living area comprising of the main family room, which has a new wall mounted 65 inch TV with cable.
We have been busy refurbishing our villa during Spring and have a beautiful new krypton paint job on the outside of our home along with a freshly painted pool deck.
We have painted on the inside too! Downstairs we have new paintwork in the living areas and bedrooms, we have installed new TVs, beds, gleaming new Kitchen Appliances, new furniture and furnishings!

Villa Info
This well-equipped and beautifully furnished villa caters for all your holiday needs with a fully tiled living area comprising of the main family room with new sofas, a 65” wall mounted Roku TV and attached cable TV.
The pool deck is accessed from the main living area through large patio doors.
We have recently updated our Kitchen to feature all new stainless steel appliances, you will also find a kettle, blender, coffee pot and kettle, all cutlery, cooking utensils are all provided.
The 50/50 sink features a conventional sink and waste disposal unit.
Dining
Our formal dining area can be found towards the front of the home with plenty of space for you and your family!
All linens and silver and glassware are included for your use.
Bedrooms
5 bedrooms, sleeps 12.
The ground floor master bedroom has a new King-size bed, Wall mounted 55-inch television, and a large en-suite bathroom. Comprising of a large tub, large walk-in shower cubicle, and twin vanity basins and has direct sliding door access to the pool deck.
Upstairs on one side of the home is the second master bedroom with a King-size bed, we have just fitted a new mattress to make your sleep that much better!
It shares a Jack and Jill bath/shower room with an Avengers themed twin bedroom.
There are two further bedrooms, on the opposite side of the landing, again sharing Jack and Jill bath/shower room.
One with a Queen size bed and the other a themed twin princess bedroom where we have fitted new beds.
All upstairs bedrooms have flat screen televisions, and all bedrooms feature closets and drawers, new bed linens and soft furnishings.

4 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.
The Ensuite Bathroom features a large tub, large walk-in shower cubicle, and twin vanity basins and has direct sliding door access to the pool deck.
Upstairs on one side of the home is the second master bedroom featuring a bath / shower, sink and toilet.
Also upstairs on the opposite side of the landing you will find a further bathroom, featuring a bath / shower, sink and toilet.
Additionally on the lower level we have a half bathroom featuring a toilet and sink.
All towels and linens are supplied and in each main bathroom, you will also find a shower.
We have converted our garage in to a Games Room that features a pool table and also a table tennis.
We also have a Playstation within the Villa for you to enjoy!

Our villa has a wonderful south facing 30ft x 15ft pool, with an extended pool deck for all day sun, and also has a spacious covered lanai for alfresco dining and poolside entertaining.
We have an outdoor table and chairs and loungers to help you relax after those long days at the park.
The areas directly around our home are grassed and we have a paved area to the front of the home where you can fit a maximum of two vehicles (Cars / Small Truck / SUV only)
The garage has been converted to a games room.

Our rate covers all taxes, fees and departure cleaning, also covering the exclusive use of all of our facilities and equipment.
To secure your booking, an initial deposit of $250 is taken at the time of booking along with a $500 damage deposit.
Assuming there is no damage to our home, the damage deposit would be returned within 10 days of your departure.
Payment is preferred via Bank transfer though we can arrange credit card payments with a 5% surcharge.
All taxes and cleaning is included as part of our rates.
Pool Heating is $35 per night
BBQ Rental can be arranged for $100 per stay or $20 per night for shorter stays (minimum 5 nights) which includes a full bottle of gas and cleaning.

The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. Adrian and Caroline's house is perfect for a large family. Located in a safe and very quiet place, it has everything for a perfect stay. The bedrooms next to the bathrooms, are perfect for several couples. The house is spacious, the kitchen is very complete with everything we need to cook. Beds are very comfortable, and so are pillows. I loved the silence of the place. We paid for the pool heat and it was fine, I would like the water a little warmer. The weather was good but it didn't get a lot of temperature in the evenings, which was the time we were arriving. Close to freeway, easily accessible and with some supermarket nearby. It has everything a family needs. Washrooms, dryers and dishwashers for any need. Excellent host, always attentive to any request. A place to come back, no doubt.
