At over 1,800 sq ft, this spacious and fully renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is ideally located close to Disney and the many shops, restaurants, and attractions along Highways 27 and 192.

Designed with families and groups in mind, the home offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare everything from quick snacks to full family meals with ease.

At the end of the day, guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep on brand-new beds and mattresses featured throughout all bedrooms.

Outside, the home boasts a private screened pool and adjoining spa, surrounded by mature hedging for added privacy. The covered lanai includes comfortable outdoor furnishings and a cooling ceiling fan, providing the perfect shaded retreat from the Florida sunshine.

For additional entertainment, the garage has been converted into a games room featuring a foosball table, creating even more space for family fun during your stay.

Living
The open plan living area is a real highlight of our home! With beautiful tile floors, modern furnishing with direct access to the pool through big, patio doors... what's not to love!! A large wall mounted streaming TV is supplied for your enjoyment and a large ceiling fan if you need it. All rooms are accessible from this large, central family area. The home is equipped with centrally fitted air conditioning to keep you cool on our steamy summer days!
Kitchen
The Kitchen was rejuvenated and now features new stainless fridge, cooker, microwave oven and dishwashers. We have a toaster and coffee maker for you to use too. All linens crockery and cutlery are supplied for your use and are in plentiful supply, you will need for nothing!

Dining

Attached to the kitchen you will find our lovely dining area, with a big family dining table with seating for six. Come sit down as a family and enjoy your meals here!

Bedrooms

4 Bedrooms | Sleeps 8

Primary King Ensuite The first king ensuite bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, generous closet space, additional drawer storage, and a large smart TV — perfect for relaxing with a movie in bed. This room also offers direct access to the lanai and pool area.

Second King Ensuite Slightly smaller than the primary suite, the second ensuite bedroom again features a large bed, ample storage, smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. Guests also benefit from direct access to the pool deck from this room.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 – Twin Rooms The third and fourth bedrooms are both twin rooms and share a nearby bathroom. Each room provides ample storage space along with large smart TVs for added comfort and entertainment.

Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites. The first ensuite features a huge seperate shower area along with a large corner bath. There are dual vanity sinks at either side of the bathroom and a large closet area. The WC is situated in an enclosed room. Ensuite two features a bath / shower combination along with vanity and toilet, there is direct access on to the pool deck from this bathroom. Bathroom number three is situated off the open plan living area and close to both twin rooms, it features a bath / shower combination along with vanity sinks and a toilet. All three bathrooms are equipped with all the linens you will need and each also come equipped with hair dryers and wall outlets for you to plug in your own products.
Games Room
We have converted the garage in to a games room featuring a foosball table.

Pool

Our beautiful pool area is a real feature of our home! With attached spa and a hand rail to support you in to either the pool or the spa itself, this is the ultimate area to kick back and cool off after a hot day at one of our many parks! We have some great sun loungers for you to enjoy as well as a number of seating options under the lanai to keep you cool! Please note - if you opt for pool heating it is set to 86 degrees main pool, the on demand spa is set to 104 degrees, this is worked through a timer on the pool wall. The main pool heater will operate 8am - 8pm as needed.
Outside
The home is situated on Tuscan Hills Blvd, there is grass to the front of the home and each side, to the rear of the home you will find large hedges which give a feeling of privacy. Tuscan Hills is a quiet community, centrrally situated close to Highway 27 and the Disney Resort Area.
Garage
We have parking spaces for two standard cars / SUV outside of the home on our private driveway.

Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks. The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey. Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
