Welcome to our family home. From the Entrance walk through the Dining Room with formal Dining table (seats 6) & sitting room. Enjoy a well equipped Full kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, breakfast table (4seats) & the breakfast bar (4 hi-seats).
The utility room has full sized washer & dryer. The Family room leads through Patio doors to the south facing pool deck.
On the ground floor is Queen Bedroom & bathroom.
Upstairs is the King Master Bedroom with smart tv, Ensuite bathroom, walk in shower, garden tub, twin vanity sinks & large walk in closet. Enjoy morning coffee on the Balcony.

Villa Info
The home featured a spacious open-plan family room, complete with a large screen TV and ceiling fan, creating a perfect space for everyone to gather and unwind. Sliding patio doors opened directly onto the pool deck, where we enjoyed the private pool and spa—an ideal spot to cool off or soak after a day out (note: pool heat is available for an additional charge). For quieter moments, there was a second living room with a cozy coffee table, perfect for reading or relaxing, which seamlessly flowed into the elegant formal dining area—great for family meals or special dinners.
The kitchen was fully fitted and a real highlight of the home, equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including an American-style refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and even an air fryer—everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. There was plenty of seating too, with a breakfast bar that seats four and a separate breakfast nook with a table and four additional chairs, making it a great space for casual dining. The utility room was also a great convenience, featuring a full washer and dryer, along with a wash basket, iron, and ironing board—perfect for keeping up with laundry during our stay.

The dining setup in the home was perfect for both formal and casual meals. The formal dining area featured a beautiful table that comfortably seats six—ideal for family dinners or special occasions. For more casual dining, the kitchen offered additional seating options including a convenient breakfast bar and a cozy breakfast table, making it easy to enjoy a quick bite or morning coffee while still staying connected with the rest of the family.
Bedrooms
The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, offering plenty of space for a large family or group. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy Queen bedroom featuring a TV, closet, and ceiling fan—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, the spacious King Master bedroom offers a true retreat with a TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a private balcony. There’s also a Queen guest bedroom on the first floor, equipped with a TV, closet, and ceiling fan for added comfort. Two additional twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, TVs, closets, and ceiling fans, are perfect for kids or extra guests. Every room was thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful and comfortable stay for everyone.

Amazing Home on The Shire West Haven

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home during our family trip to Orlando! The house was amazing — beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The community was quiet, secure, and very family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for our vacation.
What really stood out was the fantastic property management. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best experience possible. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and easy.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
