Calabay Parc in Orlando offers attractive and spacious holiday rental villas direct from the owners. Located on HWY 27 in Davenport Florida all our Calabay Parc Orlando villas are only 20 minutes from Disney World and within easy reach of the theme parks.
You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve. These well designed vacation rental villas range from 3 to 5 bedroom, and offer an excellent bedroom to bathroom ratio. All our Calabay Parc Orlando villas have pools, some have Spas (even Mickey Mouse Shaped!) and the added benefit of a Game rooms.
Calabay Parc (Calabay Park) is close to Interstate 4 which is the main Florida highway that runs from Tampa to Daytona and gives easy access to the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) and Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) beaches which are about an hour away. Fantastic Family Villa in Orlando

Wow – what a find! Prior to our arrival, Susan sent us a very detailed information pack containing clear directions to the villa, along with all the information we needed for check-in and our stay. This made our journey completely stress-free, and we found the property easily within 40 minutes of leaving the airport. On arrival, the villa was spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and we were delighted to find a welcome pack containing all the essentials. The villa's six bedrooms were spacious and thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of privacy and allowing everyone to enjoy some much-needed "me time." Three of the bedrooms had en-suite facilities, which was a real bonus. We also loved that every bedroom had its own TV with access to fast and reliable internet. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. A particular highlight was the large fridge freezer, which provided chilled filtered water, ice cubes, and crushed ice – a feature that was very much appreciated in the Florida heat! The laundry room was equally impressive, with a large washing machine and dryer, meaning we returned home with no washing to do. The games room was a huge hit with our group. The pool table and football table provided hours of entertainment, and we enjoyed many fun-filled evenings with friendly family competitions. Outside, the fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi were the perfect places to relax. The pool area was completely private and not overlooked by neighbouring properties, making it a peaceful oasis after busy days exploring the attractions. The location was ideal. We were only around 20 minutes from Animal Kingdom, 30 minutes from Magic Kingdom, approximately 40 minutes from Universal Studios, and within easy reach of the designer outlet malls, which are definitely worth a visit. Overall, this is a fantastic, well-equipped, and ideally situated home in Davenport. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing base from which to enjoy everything that Florida has to offer.

Amazing family Villa

We had such a wonderful time during our 3 week stay. The property is extremely spacious with all the amenities you require. The owners Susan and Alan were amazing throughout and were very approachable, they were happy to answer any questions we had and promptly acted on anything we required. The new bbq was great and we enjoyed many an evening around the pool. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the living area was spacious with ample room for us and more. Towels are provided for both bathing and for the pool area which was ideal and stress free as we didn’t need to bring any with us. The location was perfect for all our Disney/Universal trips with just a 30 min drive to the parks and we would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and both Susan and Alan made us feel very welcome.

Excellent Stay

We recently stayed at this beautiful house, it had everything we needed. We encountered 2 minor issues when we were there and the management company fixed the same day. The pool was cleaned regularly. Only negative was that I had to purchase wine glasses and a new coffee machine as the pot did not fit the one there. I would also ideally liked plastic glasses for the poolside - I would not let the children outside with drinks unless they were in a bottle for fear of breakages. The beds were really comfortable and clean, loads of storage and the towels were super soft. The washing facilities were good and the west facing poolside was amazing at sunset. We even managed to see the rocket go up from the front garden. Great location, Disney was 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic and there are coffee shops and supermarkets on the doorstep. Will absolutely book again.
