Newly refurbished in Winter 2023 to a very high standard, boutique 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath home features a new kitchen and appliances, games room and beautifully appointed private East facing pool with adjoining spa, again this resurfaced during 2021.

To keep you cool in the summer months, our stunning lanai comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a light and some welcoming shade.

Nestled in the community of Tuscan Hills, the downstairs of the home features open plan living with a beautiful kitchen complete with a white onyx finish, complete with a new floor that runs throughout the home.

Villa Info

Living
Our open plan modern living area features a feature wall and huge roke streaming tv, marble effect flooring and seating for all of you. From here you can directly access the pool and also our games room.
Kitchen
We have given the kitchen a massive upgrade, in here you will find all new stainless appliances with granite worktops and such appliances as a Keurig Machine and Air Fryer to really make this a hiome from home! We have enough cookware and utensils for you and your guests. Our breakfast bar and stools complete the kitchen!

Dining

Within the open plan area you will find our Dining Table, with enough space to seat 6 in comfort. All linens, cook and bakeware, cutlery and crockery are provided.

Bedrooms

3 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

 

King Ensuite - Situated on the lower level with direct access to the pool and with ensuite bath and shower. The room features gorgeous wall art, fresh linens and large TV

 

Queen ensuite - Situated on the upper floor with ensuite, frsh linens and large TV

Twin 1 - Themed twin room with 2 single beds in a Mickey Theme

Twin 2 - Princess themed room with a bunk and single bed.

 

All bed linens are provided along with closet and drawer space in each room.

Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites. The King Ensuite on the lower floor features sinks, toilet, seperate corner bath and wak in shower. The room comes with a hairdryer and all linens. The Second Master Ensuite on the upper floor has an enclosed shower, toilet and sink, again a hairdryer is provided for you along with all linens. The shared bathroom for the twin rooms features a shower / bath combo, toilet and sinks, an hairdryer and all linens are included. On the lower floor you will find a half bathroom featuring a toilet, sink and vanity.
Games Room
Escape from it all within our games room! With a foosball table and pool table too!

Pool

We have a large East facing pool! Adjoining the pool, you will find our spa, an amazing space to kick back after a day at the parks! We also feature LED mood lighting on our deck for you to enjoy! We offer pool heat in the winter months through our brand new gas pool heater! This will operate between 8 am and 8 pm daily for the pool, with the spa being on demand until midnight. When heated, the pool will run up to 86 degrees and the spa 104 once fully heated. Pool heat is recommended in the Winter Months and costs $45 per night.
Outside
We are close to the Tuscan Hills Clubhouse which features a small gym, tennis and volleyball courts and a new childrens play area.
Garage
We have converted the garage in to a games room. There is room for two small family cars on the driveway, no trucks or vans as they will be too large! Overnight street parking is not allowed on Tuscan Hills.

Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks. The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey. Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

This townhouse was amazing and matched the description perfectly. It was clean and well-stocked with linens. The beds were comfortable, and the home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, conveniently located about 20-30 minutes from the major parks (depending on traffic). The host was fantastic—responsive to our questions and very accommodating in allowing us a late checkout on our last day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely book again if I return to the area.
