Welcome to this beautiful family home, which has a lounge area with immediate access and views of the pool, via the sliding patio doors. This Family room easily accommodates a sofa sectional, mahogany dark wood furniture including a coffee table, 2 side tables each with lamp lighting and low media unit with wall hung large flat screen 42” TV and DVD. The overhead fan helps to circulate the air conditioning. Wall art and home accents, complete this very comfortable room for the whole family to relax in and enjoy.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with an American style fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher and a variety of gadgets to make a meal at home. The utility room has a washer and drier for all your laundry needs. Mid-stay Housekeeping can be arranged with the Management Team so that you can have a day out and return to clean linens and as if you have just arrived.  Please prearrange this service with the Property Manager and to avoid disappointment some advance notive is required during peak seasons. Midstay cleans are unavailable during covid19 restrictions but this home has been cleaned following the CDC protocols and we observe a 24hr break between guests departures and the housekeepers arriving to restrict a spread of germs.

Dining

Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area seats 6 comfortably, with wall art and window treatments making a warm and inviting space. The additional breakfast table in the kitchen bay is set for 4 and overlooks the gardens to the front of the home.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. The 1st King Master Bedroom overlooks the pool and has been styled with elegant decor and coordinating ornate dark wood furnishings including a King Size Bed, 2 nightstands each with lamp lighting, walk in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers with wall hung 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. The ensuite bathroom has twin vanities - His and Hers sinks, separate garden tub and walk in shower and separate toilet cubicle. The 2nd Queen Master Bedroom styled in soft furnishings with tropical accents offers a warm, inviting room to relax and enjoy some TV from the Queen Size Bed. The room is furnished with a oak wood nightstand offering lamp lighting, a double size chest with wall mounted 26" flat screen TV and DVD combo, plus additional closet space. The ensuite shower room offers a double width walk in shower, single sink vanity and direct access to the pool for guests convenience.

Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites. The bathrooms for the master bedrooms both have walk-in Shower cubicles . The king master bathroom has the twin vanities, toilet and garden tub, whilst the Guest Quen has a single vanity unit, toilet and has access to the pool deck.
Games Room
The Gamesroom is a real bonus for this home, with a pool table, dart board, table tennis and bar seating for two.

Pool

The pool and raised in ground spa offers plenty of space for the whole family, to either soak up the Orlando sunshine or rest in the shade of the covered lanai. The villa is equipped with 4 sunloungers and table seating for 4 people, shown under the covered lanai. Magnolia trees to the back of the pool give a lovely show and perfume when in full bloom. Please enjoy the pool but parents are asked to supervise any non-swimmers and small children, by using the safety fence provided.  There is a white privacy fence separating rear neighbours and Pool Towels are provided for guests use.
Outside
West Haven Clubhouse - As part of your stay on the Shire at West Haven you have private access to the onsite clubhouse with large pool, gym/ fitness room and tennis courts included FREE of charge. The community is set in a quiet location, but close enough to reach all the Attractions and restaurants only minutes drive away at Champions Gate.
Garage
Games room  with Driveway to accomm odate 2 cars. Towing is in effect at this community under the HOA, who prohibit overnight parking on the street. Please park on the driveway as vehicles will be towed from the grasslawns and public paths.

Non Smoking home and we kindly request Guests smoke outside the home. Evidence of Smoking found at the departure inspection will warrant a deep clean fee of $300 on top of the rental, charged to the lead Guest.  Please observe the rules and avoid us having to implement this charge.
