There are king and queen bedrooms, both en-suite, which both open out directly onto the south facing pool via patio doors.
The two remaining twin bedrooms are at the front of the house and share a bathroom also at the front. The two en-suites are very large and contain modern ‘walk-in’ showers.

Pool
Entered directly from the living area, the pool deck enjoys fantastic open aspects at the rear looking down towards the lake. The pool is heated (optional) and the deck area is equipped with table, umbrella, chairs and 4 loungers all brand new as of Winter 2016. The pool deck was recently extended outwards to create much more space and to allow room for the installation of our awesome 6 person above-ground spa/hot tub. With patio doors allowing direct access to the pool deck from the living area it also makes it a great alternative dining space.

The house was amazing and very clean and close to everything. Loved the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here. We have rented from Sharon several years now and will continue renting with her. Sharon and her husband are amazing!!! Great communication!!

This was our fourth time in Town Centre at Reserve for our annual Disney trip but our first time at this particular villa. I have to say we were very impressed with everything from top to bottom. While we come to this location often (it's quiet, has plenty nearby stores/restaurants and is only 15-20 minutes from Magic Kingdom), we have never been as happy as staying in this village. The owners have done tons of upgrades, everything feels really new, and they've created a relaxing pool area. We were lucky with some awesome weather for January which allowed us to take full advantage of it. The best part is how spacious this place feels, comes with a game area for the kids, and a kitchen that was able to keep us cooking as many meals as we wanted. We will be returning to this villa 100% !

Lovely villa in a great location. Stayed in this villa over new year with the family and had a great time. The accommodation is very comfortable throughout and has nice modern décor. The owner and villa managers couldn't have been more helpful. The games room was great as was the spa, pool and large patio, we used the pool everyday! There's a good choice of places to eat less than a mile away and Publix store 2 mins away. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Florida.
