Master bedroom 1 with King size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and a door to the pool deck

Bedroom 3 has two single beds, flat screenTV and a ceiling fan. This themed room has a mural of vines and swinging monkeys around the room with an additional mural of the tree of life on one wall.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. There is a wall border of panda bears with bamboo. Some small panda bears reside in the room for the young at heart but can be tucked away.
Bathrooms
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
Bathroom 1 is ensuite. It has double sinks, soaker tub, walk in shower and separate wc. Completely updated January 2018.
Bathroom 2 is ensuite. It has a single sink, wc and walk in shower. Completely updated June 2018.
Bathroom 3 is the hall bath. It has a single sink, wc and combination tub/shower. Completely updated June 2018. There is also a door to the pool deck.
The fully air conditioned game room with ceiling fan has a large screen (50 inch) Smart TV. There is a couch that includes two recliners for comfortable movie watching. Some of the items in the game room are a large air hockey table, a train table with trains and tracks, board games for all ages, toys and books and a play kitchen with play food for the little ones.
There is a small selection of DVDs and other movies.
The entire villa is air conditioned but I have mentioned it here because many game rooms in the area do not have air conditioning.
Pool
The inviting pool is 14 feet by 29 feet so is larger than most pools that you will find at 4 bedroom villas. The pool was resurfaced in 2024, There is a built in spa and there are plenty of loungers for sunning.
There is a table with chairs for relaxing or dining under the covered area adjacent to the house.
The three doors leading to the pool all have loud safety alarms.
The villa is on a quiet cul de sac and sits on over 1/3 acre so there is a large garden.
There is a gas grill for barbecuing.
There is a sun deck outside of the pool area with 4 loungers. The sun deck receives sun from all directions.

All TVs are hooked up to cable with the exception of one in the sitting room which is a smart TV and connected to an antenna for local stations.

Amazing Home & even better location

We spent 10 nights at this home and it was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for us as a family — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The games room was a big highlight, and we loved spending time there together. The location was also fantastic, just minutes from Disney and very close to shops and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great family vacation home in Orlando.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation home that far exceeded our expectations—and we already had high hopes going in! From the moment we arrived, everything about the property radiated warmth, comfort, and thoughtful detail. Here's what made it truly tremendous: The Home Itself - Immaculately clean and beautifully maintained - Spacious layout with plenty of gathering spots - Stylish décor that struck the perfect balance between upscale and inviting - Well-stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook, serve, and gather. The Atmosphere - Serene surroundings that made it easy to relax and recharge - Quiet, safe, gated neighborhood that was convenient to parks, shopping and restaurants Comfort & Amenities - Beds were very comfortabl - Central AC (a godsend after sunny adventures) - High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and plenty of chargers for modern convenience - Bonus touches like board games, books, video games and air hockey table The Hosts - Exceptionally responsive and gracious, with genuine hospitality - Clear instructions for check-in/out and helpful local tips - Thoughtful little surprises that made us feel so cared for ??The Memories Whether we were making breakfast together in the kitchen, lounging on the lanai with a book, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub or playing games in the game room, this house was the setting for some wonderful family memories.
