Welcome to our beautifully furnished single-story home on the gated community of Tuscan Hills
Our home is modern and open plan, featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living and dinning rooms, additional living space featuring a pool and spa, outdoor table and chairs with optional BBQ.
The screen enclosed pool and spa are surrounded by bushes for privacy, ideal for relaxing after a day at the attractions.
We are pet friendly and are happy to welcome your furry friends in to our home!

The large King-size bed has a quality mattress and superior linen, and Smart TV., closets and drawer space.

It has a King size bed with deeply top quality mattress and linen, Smart TV, closet and drawer space
Suite 3:
Another good size room situated to the front of the property allowing.
It has a Queen size bed, Smart TV, closet and drawer space.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

A clean fee of $150 applies to all bookings.
Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
The BBQ can be rented for $15 per day (minimum 7 nights)
A refundable security deposit of $500 at the time of booking.
Electric car charging is not allowed at this home.
Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

What a fantastic place to spend our first time in Orlando. The house was airy, roomy and pool a huge asset. Set in a beautiful gated community with loads of lical amenities. It was a great base for our floridian adventures. Would really recommend for families... a real peaceful haven...
