3 bed 3 bath villa set within the tranquil setting of Town Center. This is a gated community just 20 minutes from Disney and five minutes from the golfing center's of Champions Gate and Reunion. The villa boasts a large south facing pool and water views and is fully air conditioned.

Reserve Place is located close to champions gate, Take exit 58 from freeway at Champions gate and villa is 10 mins along the road. Near all amenities. Publix, Chili's, Red Robin, Millers Ale House etc. The villa is easily accessible via all local airports: Orlando (30 mins) Sanford (45 mins) Tampa (60 mins). If you fancy a trip to the seaside, both the Gulf Coast (75 minutes) and the Atlantic Coast (60 minutes) are within easy reach.

Best Rental Villa ever

We have 16 years of experience in rental of villas in Kissimmee and Davenport area. Lake View Villa was the ever best.....clean, full equipped, Wifi and TV perfect, nice pool , bar and leaving room....all you need for excellent holiday's. superb service and support from the House management company.

Amazing Home

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. It was perfect for us 2 adults and 2 children, could have comfortably accommodated another child. The villa was absolutely spotless on arrival and is very modern in style. Good location there is a publix at the end of the road for supplies or a Walmart a bit further on, Disney is within 15 mins - 25 mins dependent on traffic. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity, we would defo stay here again. A big thank you to Sharon who was very responsive and helped with any questions or requests.

Stunning vacation villa

We had a wonderful vacation at this really stunning villa. We received all the information we needed for our stay in time. The villa was easy to find by the directions we received. It was very clean and obvious to see it was recently refurbished. Modern interior, big south facing pool. The King bedrooms with thick carpet, firm beds, all big flat screen TV's and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower. What else do you want! We also loved the privacy and safety of the villa. It was the best villa we have ever stayed. If we get the chance we will come back here again for sure to have a wonderful time. Thanks Sharon !!!
