Villa Info
This villa has two separate seating areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both rooms can be found on the ground floor and are furnished to a high standard, with comfortable sofas and plenty of table space.
The Family room can be found at the rear of the villa and has two large windows overlooking the pool deck and conservation land beyond. It contains a large luxurious 'L' shaped sofa and an entertainment centre, which features a 55" 4K television with Roku TV, DVD player and a selection of family movies.
There is also a telephone, and all calls throughout the US are free (ideal for ordering takeout or attraction tickets), and all other calls can be paid for as taken with an international dialling card.
The Living room is at the front of the villa and gives views out over the front garden. There is a three seater sofa, a two and one seater sofa, and a large glass-top table. The room has a nice relaxing feel about it and would be an ideal location to come sit down and relax with a good book.
The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Keurig coffee machine (no pods provided).
There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!
There is seating for five at the large breakfast counter.
This villa also has a high-capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry room, which can be found just off the kitchen area. There are also hangers and drying racks.
Dining
The villa has two great dining areas. The first is located at the front of the villa and adjoins the Living room. It has a round glass topped table and four chairs. The second dining area is located at the rear of the property and has a large modern table and eight chairs. There are also patio doors which floods the whole area with light as well as giving access to the pool deck with woodland views.
Both areas are ideal for those special dining occasions as well as the more casual ones.
Bedrooms
This villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are Master suites and two are Twin rooms. All four rooms can be found upstairs and each has its own flat screen television.
All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. There is a choice of themed bedding available in he Twin rooms.
This villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even when the outside temperature increases.

THE VILLA IS IN AN IDEAL LOCATION

The villa is in an ideal location less than 15 mins away from the Disney parks. Publix supermarket and a great pizza and Chinese takeaway less than 5 min drive. The villa itself is very spacious, light and airy and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped with everything that you could need, towels, crockery etc.

We spent 3 weeks in July in this gorgeous villa and can only say that this is one of the best villa's we booked in the last 13 years! It is beautifully furnished, every bedroom has a different decor and for one twin bedrooms we even had the choice of 3 different themed beddings.
