About The Property
This stress free, enabled home has been professionally adapted for a family and carers to provide the perfect holiday with full care and support. With level access to the front door. Facilities include a master bedroom with an overhead gantry hoist and a big turning circle for wheelchairs. This includes a manual mobile hoist (for emergency use) Profiling hospital bed, with adjustable height capability and carers bed if required with en-suite wet room/bathroom. Fitted with brand new high spec mobile equipment. With a level access bathroom/wet room and shower bench (gurney USA).
The Master bedroom has been adapted into a fully enabled suite which has an extra carers bed if required.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room - Spacious wheelchair friendly room with tiled floor. Accesible via the front door with level access for wheelchairs. All stainless steel appliances. Vitamix blender for use for blended diets. Appliances include, large refrigerator/freezer, top oven,microwave oven and dishwasher.
Utility Room - With Full sized washer and dryer for guest convenience. Ironing board and Iron.
Dining
Dining Area - Large circular table, seating up to six, with space and mobility for wheelchairs.
There is an additional patio table and chair set on the pool deck under the shaded lanai for alfresco meals and barbecues. Please ask at the time of booking if you require a bbq as these have to be hired and prearranged to avoid disappointment.

The Largest Bedroom is the adapted master suite - Profiling hospital bed, height adjustable. Overhead gantry hoist. (NOTE: to be returned to the right hand side after use so that it can be re-charged). Manual pump mobile hoist (emergency use/preference). Carers bed if required. Big turning circle. Wall mounted TV for viewing from the hospital bed. Comfy chair - tilt in space and recline. Step up step down charger for charging UK electric wheelchairs. Wheel chair friendly flooring leads to a Wet Room/Bathroom.
Master 2 - Carpeted. king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area.
Guest Room - Carpeted queen bedroom, shared family bathroom.
Twin Room - Carpeted, twin room - with 2 single beds.
Bathrooms
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
Wet Room/Bathroom - Level access. Two sinks, one carer's height and one wheelchair height. Lay down shower bench (gurney USA). Two comodes, one adult sized and one child sized. Grab rails. All equipment is fully mobile to the gantry. Extendable shower hose for use with the shower bench (gurney USA).
King Bedroom En-suite bathroom - Full bathroom with bath/shower combo, single vanity sink and toilet.
Shared Family Bathroom - Full bathroom with bath/shower combo, single vanity sink and toilet.
Pool
A sunny pool and spa with sun loungers and a shaded lanai area. Pool hoist with changeable sling for use in the pool and spa. Guests can use their own fitted sling but must replace the general one provided at the end of their stay.
Pool is cleaned every week and a net is provided for the odd floridian insect or frog who comes to visit.
Ramped Access to the pool/spa area.
Security fence for the pool under Florida Law which is used to prevent accidents and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times.
Patio table and chairs under a lanai.
Pool and spa hoist for additional support and full access to enjoy both pool and spa. The General sling can be removed to enable full use with your own sling. (NOTE: Please replace the general sling at the end of your stay).
Home is situated on a corner plot and lanai affords protection from the hot sun.

The Villa is in a very good location nearby plenty of restaurants and shops. The wheelchair accessible facilities were great, with plenty of choice for equipment and the pool being accessible was a lovely bonus. The management team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend booking this villa.

This was a perfect home for a week's getaway for us. The owner and management team were super responsive and great to work with. The home is clean, newly remodeled and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood an easy drive to local eateries and the publix across the street. Much more convenient than staying at a busy resort fighting the traffic and in and out! We spent the entire week enjoying the beautiful pool and lanai area. We simply couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!
