The ground floor boasts an open-plan living space with high-quality furnishings, a feature wall with a large TV, and a dining area with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for both quick meals and family dining.
Also located on the ground floor is one of the ensuite bedrooms, along with a separate laundry room and games room.

A large smart TV is set within a stylish feature wall, complemented by generous and comfortable seating for the whole family to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy relaxed evenings during your stay.
It includes an oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, along with a full selection of cookware, crockery and cutlery—ensuring you have everything you need throughout your stay.

Positioned within the open-plan living area, the dining space comfortably seats six around the table, with additional bar stools available at the breakfast bar if required.

Bedroom 3 – Upstairs Minnie Suite Includes two single beds, a smart TV, and ample storage, all within a fun Minnie-themed setting.
Bedroom 4 – Upstairs Mickey Suite Features two single beds, a smart TV, and plenty of closet space, designed with a playful Mickey theme.

Pool
The west-facing pool area is a true highlight of the home, designed for both relaxation and privacy.
The large private pool can be heated during the cooler months using a gas heater (available at $35 per day, inclusive of tax) and includes an adjoining spa. The area is well screened and bordered by walls and mature hedging, offering a peaceful and secluded setting.
Under the covered lanai, you’ll find oversized, comfortable seating along with high-quality cushioned loungers—perfect for unwinding after a day out. A ceiling fan provides additional comfort, and a large umbrella offers shade when needed.
For added safety, the pool area is secured with a safety fence featuring gated access, which will be installed prior to your arrival.
Pool heating is recommended between November and April. When selected, the system aims to maintain the main pool at approximately 88°F, with the spa reaching up to 104°F on demand.
The pool pump operates for approximately 12 hours per day during the summer months and 8 hours during the winter. If pool heating is selected, the pump will run for extended hours to support and maintain the desired temperatures.
We are situated in the very heart of Tuscan Hills, nestled between our sister properties of Villa Serenita and Shady Palms on a Tuscan themed courtyard.
Our garage has been converted in to the games room, we do have external parking on the paved area directly outside our home, it is big enough for a maximum of two smaller to medium SUV, these cars must be able to occupy the spaces, so if you are not sure, please enquire at the time of booking.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Adrian's and were drawn to the idea of a home recently renovated. Location - a little far for our taste from Disney; however, the traffic was not horrible by any means, as you can completely avoid the nightmare of traffic on I-4 to get to this home. That made a difference for us. Sofas in the living room were some of the most comfortable I have ever sat in. Rooms with queen beds and bath were perfect. I would have preferred a King Bed for the bedroom downstairs, but the mattress was comfortable Mickey and Minnie themed rooms. - these beds are SMALL and are not for older kids or kids over 5'9'. Unfortunately, these mattresses felt like a hide-a-bed and were the only issue with our stay. Pool - nice pool spa combo, needed heating in mid-March. Unfortunately, the heater went out during our time, but Adrian reimbursed us for that. Definitely a high point for the home. Adrian is a gracious host. Would stay here again!
