About The Property
Welcome to our stunning, larger than average, 5 Bed 4 Bathroom villa with a beautiful view of the conservation area at the rear as background of our private pool. All rooms in the villa are spacious. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard.
The villa is located just off US 192 so very easy to travel to all the major theme parks. The villa has one of the prime positions on the 5 Star Bellavida Resort which is a safe, secure gated community. The are many shops and restaurants within the local area. And it is a very easy and convenient 5 minutes walk to the nearby 24/7 Walmart.

The living area is designed with comfort and entertainment in mind, featuring three large sofas that provide plenty of space for the whole family to relax together. At the heart of the room is a large 50” flatscreen TV, perfect for enjoying movies, shows, or sports, complemented by full cable TV access for a wide variety of channels. For those who love music, an iPod console is also available, allowing you to set the perfect soundtrack for your holiday.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to make mealtimes easy and enjoyable. It features a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for casual dining or a quick snack, along with a full range of modern kitchen facilities. With all utensils, dishes, and cookware provided, you’ll have everything on hand to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a full family dinner.

The dining area offers a welcoming space for family meals, featuring a stylish dining table with comfortable chairs, perfect for gathering together after a day of adventures. In addition, the breakfast bar provides three extra seats, making it an ideal spot for quick bites, morning coffee, or keeping the chef company while meals are prepared. Altogether, the space comfortably accommodates up to five people.

This villa offers five beautifully furnished bedrooms, designed to give everyone their own space and comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious king en-suite with direct access to the pool area and a 32” flat-screen TV, as well as a queen en-suite bedroom for added convenience. Upstairs, there is another king en-suite with a 32” flat-screen TV, a queen bedroom complete with a 27” flat-screen TV, and a twin bedroom ideal for children or friends. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a relaxing retreat after a fun-filled day.

The villa features four well-appointed bathrooms, offering a mix of showers and bathtubs to suit everyone’s preference. The pool and lanai area provide the ultimate spot for relaxation and family fun. With a south-facing position and peaceful conservation view, you can enjoy the sunshine all day long. The oversized pool deck offers plenty of space for lounging, while the screen enclosure keeps the area comfortable and bug-free. For added peace of mind, a child safety fence is in place, making it perfect for families with little ones. The pool can also be heated for year-round enjoyment (additional fee applies).

Super villa in a great location

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa, it was everything you promised and more. Very clean and having the two downstairs bedrooms was great for those that found the stairs difficult. Everything possible thought of, lots of pots and pans, chairs etc. Even the pool light changed colours! Location was very good for Disney and lots of restaurants on the 192. Will definitely be back next time we stay in Orlando.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious for our family of 9. The large patio was my favorite feature and the kids loved the pool. We would most definitely consider staying here again!
