About The Property
Located in the popular gated community of Retreat in Champions Gate, this stunning privately owned villa is the perfect choice for your Orlando holiday. The villa boasts 8 spacious bedrooms, 2 comfortable lounge areas, an air-conditioned/heated games room, a home cinema room and an outdoor area featuring a covered seating space with a pool-side TV, private pool and spa with a lake view. The kitchen is a dream with all you need to cook up a delicious meal. Heron View Villa is a smart home. You can ask Alexa to change the temperature, call another room, announce dinner (has a dinner bell), play music, ask a question, please games, ask for stories, jokes, etc. You can control the lights in your bedroom and set alarms, timers. All the TVs are new and state of the art. We have a new washer and dryer and clothes racks for your use. We supply all the trash bags, dishwasher soap and laundry soap for your stay. We look forward to having you stay at your home away from home!

The Main bedroom, located on the ground floor to the left, features a King-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with convenient access from the pool deck. The shower has a optional handheld shower along with a rain shower. The large tub is wonderful for soaking and relaxing after a long day at the park. There is a desk with on-line meeting lighting in case you need to work remote or for your vacation planning. All bedrooms are numbered above the door. You can ask Alexa to call a certain room. It also helps dor descriptions to people and planning. You will also have a full length mirror, 2 luggage racks to keep your suitcases off of the floor. The large ceiling is great if you prefer them.
Bedroom 2, situated at the front right of the villa, also offers a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3, located upstairs at the rear overlooking the lake, comes with a King-size bed and shares its en-suite bathroom with the Lego-themed
Bedroom 4 is positioned in the back overlooking the lake and includes 2 adult size twin beds in a Avatar themed bedroom with themed lighting along the ceiling. This bedroom is not attached to a bath.
Bedroom 5 is located in the back overlooking the lake, has a King bed and share an ensuite with the Belle bedroom. The rooms have been set up so parents can share a bath with their children. This bedroom is lightly Mickey themed.
Bedroom 6, is a Belle Disney Princess-themed room with Twin beds ready for a princess! The headboard lights up and they will have a touch light. The room has a ceiling fan and a luggage rack
Bedroom 7 - is decorated in a coastal theme. This room is located in the front of the home and tends to be one of the quietest bedrooms upstairs. The room has a ceiling, mirror and luggage rack.
Bedroom 8 is furnished with Twin beds with a lego theme. This room has a small table and chairs and a large walk in closet for playing and having a play space all their own.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV, allowing everyone to enjoy their favourite shows as they unwind after a fun-filled day at the parks a ceiling fan, chair and luggage racks. The closet has lots of hangers.... plastic felt and wood. Take your pic!

Phenomenal Home!

This place is phenomenal! We’ve just got home from two weeks here and so sad to be back to work tomorrow, we wish we were still in sunny Florida. Paige was an exceptional host, she really has thought of everything, I had lots of questions from initial booking enquiries to the end of our stay and she replied quickly and thoroughly making sure we were happy and comfortable. Heron View is the perfect base for an Orlando adventure, it has everything you could possibly need and more. If (when) we’ll be back for our 4th ‘once in a lifetime Florida holiday we’ll definitely be re booking with Paige. The only change we’ll make is to book less park days to spend more time at Heron View. Thank you, Paige… we absolutely loved it!
