There are new ROKU TVs fitted throughout the home so you can sign in to your favorite streaming services and free wifi is available to all our guests.
Our West Facing Pool is equipped with table and chairs along with Loungers to enable you to enjoy the beautiful Florida heat, when its time to cool off, the lanai offers shade and cooling from a large ceiling fan.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Pool Heating is $35 per night
BBQ Rental can be arranged for $100 for your stay or $10 per night for shorter stays (minimum 5 nights) which includes a full bottle of gas and cleaning.
Up to two pets can be brought to our home, this will be at a cost of $100 per pet, per stay to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
An additional 12% is added and collected to all bookings to cover Polk County Tourist Development Tax & Sales and Use Tax (unless otherwise stated).

From the very first enquiry to the end of our stay, nothing was too much trouble for Caroline and Adrian. Their hospitality was exceptional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. House was in excellent condition, and in a great neighborhood/area. Convenient to Orlando area parks. Traffic noise at night, but with the location, this was to be expected. Highly recommend this property.
