The home boasts a modern open concept, featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, living, family, and dining rooms, additional outdoor balcony space and a large pool and spa, loungers, outdoor table and chairs with an optional BBQ grill.
The home has stainless appliances, large granite counters and a tile backsplash in the open-plan kitchen overlooking the family room. It is decorated in an elegant and modern style.

With vinyl flooring, a large room with a King size bed and large closet with a smart TV. It is just next to a full bathroom with access to the pool area.
Second floor Master Suite:
An oversized room that has been furnished well with a home office table, HP 23" monitor, and office chair.
The large King-size bed has a quality mattress and superior linen, and a 40" Smart TV.
En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, corner bathtub for 2, 2 individual sinks, WC, hairdryer, and walk-in closet for her and him.
Bedroom 3
Features a queens size bed wth quality mattress and linen, a smart TV and large closets and drawer space.
Bedroom 4 (2 twins, Smart TV, and closet) are located next to each other and separated from the rest of the second floor with an exclusive corridor giving nice privacy ending with a full bathroom, Double Sink, WC, hairdryer.

Each room with 2 twin beds, Smart TVs, and closet.

This property is self-service--meaning our guests will need to supply their own toiletries such as cleaning products, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

This was one of the best homes and areas we have stayed in since visiting Orlando. Adrian was also a great host and very hospitable. My family and I truly enjoyed our vacation and will be returning to Soltera.

Adrian is an excellent host. The house was inviting and clean. Any questions I had were quickly answered. He also came over when I thought there was an issue with the screen door. Finally, in honor of my veteran husband, he was so kind to welcome us with a pack of beer. In addition, Adrian was very receptive to a few recommendations made to make the next vacationers experience even better. Again, '5 Stars' all around! I would recommend staying in this home if you plan to visit this area of Florida.

We loved it so much last year we came back this year. We love how spacious the home is. It fits our family perfectly. The location is fantastic. The ping pong table being inside is a big plus for us. We have rented several properties where the game room is in the garage and not air conditioned.
